Sen. Romney: “When former President Trump said we should set aside the Constitution and reappoint him as president, you had Republicans cheer that...How can you believe you're following the Constitution if that's the case?”
There is an anti-vaccine industry that profits solely off of scamming people who are not literate in science. They make millions of dollars in donations, "health" product sales, speaking fees, and viewership. But when you get down to it, it's just more classic anti-vaccine talking points like misrepresenting systems like VAERS and v-safe that don't stand up to scrutiny. @delbigtree and @AaronSiriSG depend on you being uninformed for them to be successful. Don't be uninformed.
Aged 23, before she’d even earned her PhD, Carol Greider made her #NobelPrize discovery. Along with laureate Elizabeth Blackburn she discovered telomerase. At each end of a chromosome lies a protective "cap" called a telomere – telomerase is the enzyme that creates it.
A brief update on USMLE score creep:
In 1994, the mean USMLE Step 2 CK score was 200.
By 2008, it was 226.
And in 2023, it’s 248.
(Over that time frame, the USMLE has increased the minimum passing score threshold nine times, from 167 to 214.)
For weeks, I’ve waited patiently for preliminary application data for the 2023-2024 residency application to be released by the AAMC.
And today they dropped.
So you know what that means.
Yup, that’s right.
It’s time to break it down, Winners & Losers style™️.

6 years ago, 9 months before residency graduation, baby girl arrived!
My pathetic residency director tried to suspend me for missing 7 morning didactic sessions (to take older children to school) after the birth.
I argued this was a blatant FMLA violation. He persisted. 🧵
Here's how @RobertKennedyJr got it all wrong with the #vaccines on his @joerogan podcast. A thread dealing with his entire interview would be endless, so this is sticking to his statements on vaccines.
difficult to recruit and retain physicians in Idaho where we already have shortages throughout the state. I personally have already spoken with two physicians to try to convince them to stay in Idaho. There are consequences to our words and actions. But, too many elected leaders
Had a scare last week finding out I have genetic irregularities with my heart. I was having some pain and decided to stop being tough and go get it checked out. I ended up in surgery. I’m grateful to my cardiologist, my nurses, and staff for taking great care of me. I feel great!

This is one of the most dangerous bills I have seen (and that is saying something). First, these two sponsors don’t know what they are talking about. Second, it is ironic that many in the legislature don’t want people forced to take the vaccine, but are perfectly fine with

Do you try to localize the lesion or just wait for the MR?
Here’s a #tweetorial to help you w/brainstem #anatomy & localization!

I’m old enough to remember when it was only acceptable for politicians to lie about small things. Like why they’re running for office, what they’ll do if elected, how feasible their promises are, who’s funding their campaign, you know, normal stuff
