There is an anti-vaccine industry that profits solely off of scamming people who are not literate in science. They make millions of dollars in donations, "health" product sales, speaking fees, and viewership. But when you get down to it, it's just more classic anti-vaccine talking points like misrepresenting systems like VAERS and v-safe that don't stand up to scrutiny. @delbigtree and @AaronSiriSG depend on you being uninformed for them to be successful. Don't be uninformed.

A brief update on USMLE score creep:

In 1994, the mean USMLE Step 2 CK score was 200.

By 2008, it was 226.

And in 2023, it’s 248.

(Over that time frame, the USMLE has increased the minimum passing score threshold nine times, from 167 to 214.)
