@indane_gas I ordered gas online prepaid via BHIM. Gas price was 939 on the day. But the invoice was deliberately held from making and as the price increased by ₹29 the invoice was made. I was made to pay the amount₹29 cash. What's the use of digital prepaid pay? @PMOIndia
@LICIndiaForever I have contacted and submitted a written complaint. Is this how lici deals with existing customers. Agents enjoying commissions but not showing face when its needed!
@LICIndiaForever I have a lici policy in my name at Habra Branch (pin 743263). My agent Mr Narayan Mondol provides no post sales service to me. I went and complained in writing to Habra Branch manager. But it was of no use. I want change of my agent or I will surrender my policy

It will save commission of Agents at least few lakhs of Indian Govt.

@RBI I and my wife applied for RBI Direct joint A/C almost 10days back. All process of kyc is completed. I called RBI toll free number they told it's under process. Still waiting for User id and password . Pls help.request ref no is CRR/JA/2025/004363.
@AxisBank@RBI Till date my mother's single holding account is not converted to joint holding account with me. I want strong action against Axis bank. Account maintenance charge is so high still poor service. No action taken. Pls help
@AxisBank I want an info. How much time does it take to add a joint holder in an account? I made a request at Axis Habra to add my name as a joint holder in my mother's axis senior citizen account. I'm also a single account holder in same bank. It's almost a month now.
@AxisBankSupport Half the time Mr Soumyadeep basu is not at branch during working hours and when ever I call he says from branch end it is done. It's getting delayed at head office. In CBS is this a reply?
And Mr Basu is Assistant manager of Habra branch. It's just frustrating.

SBI which had a reputation of poor service did it in less than 24hours. But Axis bank which had a fast service has downgraded their service! All bank employees are keen in selling mutual fund and life insurance. Don't you pay your employees well?
