@DrMarcusP The few rare actual permanent 'towns' in North America that existed prior to the European settlers coming were all in ruins. It's the same in Australia and New Zealand. There was no "civilization" by our standards.
@Real_Ames@CommunityNotes the note needs to include the fact he was initially, at an April 13, 2023 competency hearing, deemed by three court appointed doctors as "incompetent to stand trial." Later, that changed.
@mattvanswol The whole of his life leading up to his untimely death was a greater benefit and a greater service to us all than any politician I can think of. He was a good natured person, and his good intent and kindness was clearly captured in numerous recorded interactions talking w/people.

Dante Robinson and his brother Justin (15 and 17) murdered a 12 year old girl they lured under false pretenses. Dante was released because Justin said he didn't help. Then Dante was arrested for a "home invasion" w/4 others, when he was shot...

🇩🇪 A 20-year-old Afghan attacked two random women on the streets of the German city of Magdeburg – just two hours apart.
Remarkably, German police immediately released the Afghan after the first brutal beating targeting a 26-year-old woman.
The woman was being strangled until she was saved by passersby who intervened. The police gave the man a "warning" and released him at around 11:00 a.m.
Just two hours later, at 1:00 p.m., he beat a 21-year-old woman and kicked her while she was on the ground.
Once again, witnesses intervened.
Only after this second time did the judge issue an arrest warrant.
The Afghan has been charged with attempted murder.
The AfD has released a statement after the incident, stating: "Women can hardly move safely in public spaces anymore, while authorities handle the situation with kid gloves instead of consistently protecting the local population from this imported violence."
"The AfD demands an end to this naive, lenient justice system and the state's ineffective, token measures. Foreign violent offenders who disregard our laws and the physical safety of citizens should not be admonished; they should be immediately detained and deported directly to their home countries."

Virtually all on the right want porn gone, but also want to prevent the state from controlling people's lives. Politicians can't be allowed to use unconstitutional means to have people's lives all be micromanaged... it'll just give license to which political party gains power.
As I'm engaging with y'all I think we might be fundamentally arguing semantics.
When I say ban I don't mean fully get rid of the internet of porn. It's not possible nor feasible for obvious reasons, and I am not a fan of digital ID.
When I say ban, all I want is for companies and people who produce and distribute porn to face legal penalties (fines, jail time, etc). Just shut down these massive companies like OnlyFans, MindGeek, and all the rest. Treat it like prostitution and just arrest those who create and distribute it openly. We can also try to blacklist (to the best of our ability, never perfectly) any sites.
Yes I get that a black market will emerge as it always has, but putting an end to the open glorification and proliferation of porn like this will help mitigate its reach to the average person.
Penalizing consumption of pornography today would also not be feasible without massive overreach so that's not what I'm advocating for. That's where good parenting comes in.
There is a way to fight the scourge of porn using political power without the implementation of digital ID. I don't want the government tracking my data and internet usage either.
There are people critical due to knowledge of tradition and history, people with honest disagreements about Islam, people that oppose some political objective of Muslims, and those who oppose the ways of the followers. That covers nearly everyone targeted by the label.
Islamophobia is not a real thing. What I mean by that is, the term describes irrational fear, it's a slander on any critics. It's a kind of friend-or-foe ID for character assasination labeling, like target-painting.
Are there people with deep-seeded irrational hatred in the world? Yes, but they are an extremely rare few which, in my experience, I find this to be accurate only temporarily, a rare state of mind. The "phobia" does not exist.
Zero women or children. Only military-aged men.
That’s because they’re not refugees. They are soldiers, and this is a religious war of conquest.
Europe needs to wake up.
