Completely out of the blue, bloke sits next to me on park bench in Orpington. Said: "I want to have a word". As I don't know him, politely got up. The bloke then hurled abuse at me, called me a p*ki, told me to "go back to my own country". Other one grabbed brick. Police notified

The car was insured, so the grounds for stopping was proved to be false.

Objecting to an unlawful stop is justified. He made no direct threats to the officer. His actions were not unlawful.
