Caltrans announced overnight closures of TCB (SR-27) between Old Topanga Canyon Rd. & Mulholland Dr. for a pavement preservation project. Crews will conduct one-way traffic control Mon, July 15 to Thurs, July 18, 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.; Fri, July 19 and Sat, July 20, 8 p.m. to 10 a.m.
