Some users may have experienced an issue connecting to the Topicbox interface. We've identified and implemented a fix so this should now be resolved for all users.
These messages should have either been deferred and then delivered after the fix, or bounced with a notification to the sender, depending on the time the message was sent and the setup of the sending server.
Organizations using their own domain as the email address for their Topicbox groups were unable to deliver email to any groups over the weekend. We have deployed a fix and users should no longer experience this issue.
