Older you get, the more responsibilities you have to choose from
One of the biggest determinants of success is choosing which responsibilities to have & which to discard
Zero responsibilities & you live an empty life. Too many responsibilities & you live a life that's not yours
Go to the bar by yourself. Go to the restaurant by yourself. go to the huge concert by yourself.
Stop waiting on people to do things with you.
And if no one wants to join you, just do it anyway.
During your workout:
Think of Nothing else other than weightlifting and muscle growth for that time
Use visualisation to perfect your form and become a guide to what you want your body to become
At this age, you have to think long term.
Focus on your career and goals.
Save money, find someone who can hustle and pray with.
We can no longer afford to waste time.
Focus on things that matters in the long run:
Stability, Loyalty, Peace of Mind.
