@HyundaiIndia This experience has turned me from a Hyundai customer into a Hyundai critic. The vehicle disappointed me, but the response from Hyundai and its dealer network has disappointed me even more.

Before calling the Creta a "perfect SUV," do a reality check.
I bought the top-end automatic petrol variant, and before even crossing 45,000 km, it's been one issue after another. Reliability has been nowhere close to what Hyundai promises. Worst Service
@HyundaiIndia Hyundai's response through the dealer was simply that the vehicle is out of warranty and all repairs will be chargeable.
Not a single word addressing why a vehicle with under 45,000 km has suffered repeated failures.
@HyundaiIndia@HyundaiIndia As expected, the response from both Hyundai and the dealership has been disappointing.Nothing more than wash away your hands
As a customer, I am extremely disappointed. A vehicle that hasn't even crossed 45,000 km should not be facing this many failures. Hyundai needs to take ownership of these recurring issues instead of passing the burden to customers through expensive repairs.
