TTK at Langside Parish Church Xmas Fair. This will probably be our final event of the year. As usual we were kept going throughout the day, and managed to give out more of our little dice packs so the folks can play at home.

The chess game from 1983 when Eddie Davis beat the GM from Belgrade in Castlemilk, when the Glasgow team narrowly lost to the former European Champions.

Here we replayed the classic game from 41 years ago where Eddie Davis beat the GrandMaster from Partizan Belgrade.

TTK at the Castlemilk Explorathon. The kids had a ball though chess knowledge was not as strong as in other parts of the city. And yet the desire to learn the game was really strong.

TTK was delighted to receive an award from the Trades Hall of Glasgow, who also funded us being able to give out free sets this year. Many thanks to them!

This Saturday, 21st Sep, 12-3pm at Glasgow University ARC Building (Advanced Research Centre) Anthony Mathurin from the TV show The Traitors will be challenging people at TTK and bringing chess to life in his own inimitable fashion! Come along for what promises to be a fun day.

On 2nd September the delightful group of Amicale ladies at Finn's Place took part in some TTK. Most hadn't played chess before but really enjoyed the experience. TTK will be running a stall at this Sunday's event there from 2pm-4pm.
