@SWGroundHopper@TheHoofballPod@FAWales@NoelMooney13 At times you can be sympathetic for participants imo registration fees have been to low , yes FAW have gone all in on this decision full explanation as to why , councils , 4g pitch permit fees are all high increase every year.
It's not a cheap hobby in this day .
@SWGroundHopper@TheHoofballPod@FAWales@NoelMooney13 You've not answered the question?
Participants?
Discipline starts from within the club.
Authorities issues fines suspensions due to reports submitted by referees so not an authorities issue - clubs need to control discipline
@SWGroundHopper@TheHoofballPod@FAWales@NoelMooney13 No ! depends on what u class as participants?
Financial pressure? Pitch fees due to local authorities?
Clubs complain about referees then they complain about increase fees?
Club coaches discipline is abysmal hence fines are high.

@daiwatts91@NoelMooney13 All cup games if player receives 2
Yellows in cup rounds he misses the next one.
This policy changed as players were being suspended due to cup competitions and missing league games
@TheHoofballPod@FAWales@NoelMooney13 I beleive That's what's been agreed in going forward fees to increase in rise with inflation
Let's not forgot clubs didn't moan when they didn't have to pay player registration fees due to covid period
@SWGroundHopper@TheHoofballPod@FAWales@NoelMooney13 2pd per each player reg fee goes to that league. The extra reg fees will go towards insurance premium and other areas like safeguarding for one.
Volunteer roles in leagues no longer happens , there is more time involved these days volunteer days are over.
@NoelMooney13 Major issue here is facilities what's points of clubs having a clear development plan to increase participation, but will be held back due to facilities. I know this with my experience of over 30 years in grassroots football.
Meeting with people instead of surveys is a good way
@iolocheung Hence, why trials are for small sided football ages u6s - u10s , in hope of potentially moving certain age groups.
Only downside can be the clubs who arrange festivals to raise funds for their club. Would there festivals be allowed to continue @NoelMooney13
@IanParfitt Yes very good indeed , is that a lifeban from ynys park , it can't be policed at any other venues they play at. Nothing stopping parents for example turning up in rest bay to watch their child play.
