@HMRCgovuk I have written to you, called 3 times and this morning waited on hold for 34mins and you then hung up the phone…I have a query that I have been trying to resolve for over 1 year…what else can I do?
@HMRCcustomers I need to speak to someone. How you are allowed to leave people on hold for so long and hang up on them on more than one occasion is scandalous. What is the complaints process with HMRC?

@santanderukhelp the new changes to the 123 account coming into force in October this year are discriminatory against people who live in leasehold property and most do not have water bills. I am losing the opportunity to earn 3% cash back and cannot change it.

Is it right that I bought tickets to see @aliciakeys tonight from @AXS_UK and because the promoter @LiveNationUK has not communicated a rescheduled date I cannot get a refund?
@AXS_UK Hi 👋 I have tickets to an event due in June that has been postponed. I do not have an option for a refund because a new date has not been confirmed. Do I have to wait for the event to be rescheduled to get my money back? I would like a refund now. Thanks.
