Tempted to find this so I can read it. It sounds naively optimistic. I learned Japanese to do what I do but if I started a company I think I'd require English just to widen the applicant pool.

I used to obsess over productivity.

The privileged of us are so unconcerned with survival that we stress over the fiction of productivity.

Creativity and creation are important. Productivity is constraining our creativity to fit within capitalism.
