@RealCandaceO The anti-MAGA indicators in this case were obviously manufactured but that doesn't mean that Smollett wasn't attacked or that he set it all up. The Osundairos are lying in this skit. They didn't attack him, there's footage of non-black men running away from the attack scene.

Not surprised that the higher courts overturned Harvey Weinstein's New York conviction. He was also convicted of rape in Los Angeles, but that doesn't change the fact that some witnesses were sketchy and the prosecution and judge was a mess.

Knowing the Smollett case inside and out, its sad that the appeals court maintained his conviction. Still, when an appeals court renews a case or affirms a conviction, it's based on the judge's handling of the trial not whether someone was guilty or innocent.
