What began as a maritime mishap is now being repackaged as a story of heroism and sacrifice.
But what about the truth?

If the circumstances surrounding the deaths of these two personnel are truly clear, why did it take nearly a year to formally honor them as “martyrs”? Why not immediately release the full details of the mission, the collision, and what actually caused their deaths?
Because turning a mishap into a heroic story can shift public attention—from accountability to emotion, from questions to patriotism, and from facts to a carefully crafted narrative.

And here’s the bigger question:
Is their death being used to cover up the mishap and protect China’s image internationally?
A “martyr” label does not erase unanswered questions.
If China is confident in its version of events, show the evidence. Tell the whole story.
The death of two personnel should never be used as a shield to hide what really happened.
The dead deserve respect. The public deserves the truth. And accountability should come before propaganda.

The Supreme Court has approved the Rule on Civil Forfeiture of POGO-Related Assets (A.M. No. 25-11-29-SC).

Government can now seize buildings, equipment, proceeds, and other assets linked to illegal POGO operations through a separate civil case, based on probable cause alone.

No criminal conviction required.
Takes effect August 24, 2026.

This hits hard on operations already under investigation, including Lucky South 99, Harry Roque and linked personalities.

The ban stopped the ops.
This goes after the assets.
