@AIMchatroom It’s difficult to deconstruct misogyny either way, whether you’re teaching boys to challenge it and not to perpetrate it, or teaching girls how to stand up to it and heal from it. A friend once told me having a daughter sometimes feels like leading a lamb to the slaughter.
@fakelycra I can’t imagine the shit she’s let him get away with before this if this is something she thought was funny. Boy moms like this excuse and laugh at antisocial behaviors, and then when their sons grow up they end up excusing and even encouraging their sons’ violence.
@JiisungBug This is why so many men are the way that they are. As a mom of two boys, if my sons did some shit like this I would be on the phone w their therapists IMMEDIATELY. My 7 y/o has ADHD and my 3 y/o is having an ASD eval, so neurodivergence isn’t an excuse either.
@commentiquette I never get on this cesspool app because every time I do I’m tempted to not follow internet comment etiquette, but you should REALLY do an episode on presidential AI

The guilt I feel daily for bringing my kids into this world before I established a solid career and comfortable income is almost unbearable. Late 30s would’ve felt too late for me personally, but I wish I’d had the same kids in my late 20s/early 30s.
@SGxTS_abhay “I’ll defeat the stereotype by feeding right into it” lmao. I love Sabrina but IF that was her intention with this promo pic, it was a miss.
