I figured out something tangible I want. We were charged an extra $11 for parking because we arrived after midnight (ultimately 1.5 hours late) due solely to airport incompetence. $11 voucher is the least you can do? Did you hold us captive intentionally to make money on parking?

I only remember abt Twitter whenever a company is incompetent and I want to chaotically lash out. Today CVG is the lucky recipient of my hate mail! Thanks for leaving me stuck in my landed plane from 11pm to midnight because you couldn’t figure out how to operate the jet bridge

I’ve been threatening to make @goodreads my primary form of social media in 2022, only mostly as a bit. Goodreads could enable fun & nerdy connection, and instead it’s the worst app I willingly keep. Reading doesn’t need to exist in opposition to tech! Begging u to do better
