If you’ve been on #lawtwitter at all today, you’ve probably seen that ExamSoft completely failed bar examinees today when they needed it most. This is unacceptable, and was entirely avoidable. NCBE should be ashamed of themselves.

3/4 of my friends dealt with black out screens, 1 hour + wait times with ExamSoft which led to multiple essays being blank because of expired time. People’s jobs are contingent on this exam.. and to fail just because of tech issues that are out of our control is unacceptable.

To everyone taking the bar this week remember you are smart, you are deserving, and you can do this! If you pass, that’s incredible. If you don’t, it’s a bump in the road but you’ll have the opportunity to show that you can overcome adversity. Good luck, I’m rooting you all on!
