A6 - Knowing your students weaknesses and strong points, help to push them to improve their work. You know what they can excel at, and what area you can provide guidance for them to excel in.

A5: I give immediate feedback whenever possible in any activity. If it was difficult to find the time during the activity, then I will usually set aside the last 5 mins of the class for self-reflection and peer feedback #learnlap

A5 - My Ss do peer feedback or self assessment on small group assignments or informal writings. I give my Ss feedback on most assignments, and it can be as simple as a “glow and grow”.
