@JimCognito2016 It still amazes me sometimes how many people go straight to rage posting without stopping to think about the implications in a tweet like yours. My reaction was to think about people who are actually cut off, and whose families don't even know where they are.
@GaryWillis68726@MaMoMVPY They had long-term deals in place, so they couldn't just switch, but they have cut down the imports from Russia significantly, while increasing US imports. And they have made it illegal to import LNG and pipeline gas from Russia from the end of 2027.

@M_Robertson100 For some reason I got the image in my head of a coach with a bunch of assistants who specialize in parent management. They have game plan meetings, where they discuss who will be in charge of handling emotions before they spike, getting between parents who will brawl, etc.
@M_Robertson100@Zanu_MFFL And reporting is a skill (set) in itself, with interviews, summarizing difficult stuff in an understandable way etc. It's not the same as supplying color commentary.
@M_Robertson100@Zanu_MFFL But then again, having a deep understanding of basketball analytics gives another dimension to reporting that not all former athletes get. And sometimes former players bring a bias that stands in the way of connecting with modern developments etc. It's not black and white imo.
