@DGisSERIOUS Spanish people have been living in Ceuta and Melilla before any European settled in North America. Ceuta was part of the Iberian Visigoth kingdoms before it was conquered by the Umayyads in the 8th century. It was recovered on 1415, before the fall of Constantinople to the Turks.

@BanTarik13 The reality is that both Ceuta and Melilla have been uninterruptedly Spanish for centuries. The cities, their population, have been Spanish for generations. But most importantly, they don't want to be Moroccan. We should respect that.
