@Marafromczechia@BosnianHistory How many more flags do you need in your profile to feel accustomed to your performative face while you cherish Spanish colonialism.
@MagdalenaBuljan@driveintopole@mihaREEEEE The are all labelled as a Slavic language. Croatian was only an identity. Croatian as a "language" is a nationalist invention.
@MagdalenaBuljan@driveintopole@mihaREEEEE These maps aren't even on the territory of what BIH is now. Despite this, Slovenes, Croatians, Bosnians, Serbians etc are all Slavic. They came from migrations.
@MagdalenaBuljan@driveintopole@mihaREEEEE Croatians and Bosnians use the Ijekavian dialect while the Serbians those around them use ekavian. This is why when you speak to a Serbian they often don't use the ij vowel in their words. Even if its written the vowel doesnt appear there.
@MagdalenaBuljan@driveintopole@mihaREEEEE No, it didn't. It came from the influence of the Catholic Church. This is why Bosnians switched from Cyrillic to Latin because of the overwhelming influence in medieval. Shtokavian is the language, "Serbo-Croatian" is a Yugoslav invention.
