long time. Especially, when you factor all the mini outages recently. Guess when it’s only 50-500 it’s not big enough to be urgent.

@Delta I’m still waiting to speak to someone about my experience with you from July. I was told it would take 7-10 days to hear back. Then it was 30-45 days. We are now at 60 days and nothing. Stop trying to get new customers when you are not taking care of the ones you have.
