Right: Full Service/Handler architecture with OOP classes β each system isolated, each zombie its own intelligent object.

56.5 hours. 235 lessons. 101 days. Every line of code written by hand.
It wasn't always easy. There were bugs that took hours, concepts that didn't click right away, and days where progress felt slow. But I showed up every day and kept going.
Over the course I built:
β A full horror game (Night Shift at Sahur's) β now live on Roblox
β A procedural obby with traps, checkpoints, and anti-cheat
β A zombie wave defense game (Survive Is What We Must) β also live
β And a lot of more small projects...
OOP, metatables, AI, pathfinding, DataStore, parallel Luau β all from scratch.
Huge thanks to -crusherfire- for putting together one of the most thorough Roblox scripting courses out there. Genuinely learned a lot.

Learned about Parallel Luau today.
Serial (task.spawn): still one thread, just switching fast between coroutines.
Parallel (Actor): real multi-core. Work gets split across CPU cores.
Same deer, same pathfinding:
β Serial: 51ms avg frame time
β Parallel: 16ms avg frame time
For my next game with 150 zombies, this won't be optional.

Built a locker system for my horror game. πͺ
Each locker is its own OOP class β occupant tracking, door animation, camera rotation, breathing sounds, prompt management.
When the moment comes, it could be the only thing standing between you and what's hunting you.
