I faced an issue while purchasing mt CSIR NET subscription. After talking with the representative/councellor, I raised an issue to you guys through mail and got the TICKET ID - 6110415.

I got this ticket id through mail on 21st may, 24.

Today it's 21st day since I got My ticket id.

Also, the representative isn't picking the call, nor she's replying in WhatsApp.

What kind of behaviour is this?
