If anyone where to ask why I wish Tifa got her own spinoff, it's that during the times she is an active party member her story is so intertwined with Cloud's that what she does is so aided or focused on him that Tifa has surprisingly little to her own name in-games or AC.-

@HkonMk DS2 did the weird thing and made half the game available almost right away. That means when you fight the second half of the first half you are way overlevelled.

@tifereths This does however, make SE very self congratulatory. Something I very much dislike, and their handling of Aerith's fate doubles up the problem that the rest of the party are just narrative fuel for Cloud's story.

@tifereths My take is that they are doing a "If we couldn't save Aerith, what chance do we have now?" deal. FF has a theme that defying fate requires knowing it, yourself and what you need to do to change both. Cloud and the party barely know half of any of that, so off course they fail.

@Shinesparkers The gameplay is exactly what you would want 3d Metroid to be. The fansub has a way better reason for Samus not to use her equipment than the game.

@TylorHepnerArt Quite a bit. There's a feeling that SE couldn't do to much with him in Rebirth otherwise they would have given away the game. Revelation has the brakes off for Zack to do his role.

@BasedPota18 I do think this is a bit of revisionism of mcu quipping. Actually watching the pre-Ultron movies shows that they did quip, it was much less excessive and never in a fight. Do 2012 and Endgame back to back, you won't think these are supposed to be the same characters minutes apart
