I scale an agency and 4 ecom brands from Bali.
But my real work happens before the laptop opens.
I'm rebuilding my identity from scratch.
Stoicism as the manual. Jung for the parts of me that resist. And an AI I built that runs the whole protocol with me.
Mornings, shadow work, the weekly war.
I spent 8 years working harder. The businesses grew. The man didn't.
So I flipped the order: engineer the man first. Everything else is downstream.
I'm documenting the rebuild here.
Philosophy, protocols, relapses. Live.
Becoming the man I always wanted to be.
I'm building Jarvis. my right hand.
he preps my day before I wake up. runs my sunday ritual. when I drift into the old me, he says so. studies my journal, my accountability sheets, my tasks and the mental models behind every memo and note I take.
reads the pages where I describe the man I want to become, so he holds that vision for me.
everyone around me is asking AI to do their work.
I asked mine to help me become the man I want to be.
8 years in ecom. my mornings started the same way.
check phone. how many sales? email complains...
whatever broke overnight, I woke up already inside it.
an automaton running on stress.
my mornings were never mine.
now the first hour is mine.
I visualize, I meditate, I make a coffee slowly, and I enter the frequency of my ideal self.
the work is still there at 9am.
I just am a different man now.
@subnetmask@mercury Happened to me for no reason, one day no access to my mercury account.
Had to struggle to move the funds to another bank.
I was so happy working with mercury but completely lost all my confidence on them and wouldn’t recommend to anyone
Not journaling is selfish.
There is nothing more intimate, personal, and extremely eye opening than reading your own unfiltered journal entries from years ago.
Journaling is for your future self to time travel to your present.
I cannot be more grateful to my past self.
let go of all resistance. relax in uncertainty.
the way to master the universe is stop grabbing him by the neck to make him give you what you want.
just let him unfold it in front of you.
I had several panic attacks this week
And I’ve come to realize that sometimes you just have to slow down.
Everyone is running without knowing why.
Just stop. Take care of your body and your mind. As a founder I don’t remember the last time I did.
Breathe, walk and sleep.
Awakening is removing the layers.
Layers after layers of untruth.
The more layers you remove, the less you exist, the further away from other fellow human beings.
A simple meltdown into non-existance.
A full surrender into the void.
Mastering the universe while you unintentionally stop to exist.
The most difficult part is that you cannot talk about it.
You can not awake anyone sleeping around you. No fellow mate to ask if you're actually awakening, or just going insane.
You have to perform you're not, and that's confusing.
You have no guidance, nothing to hold on to. Nothing to get back to sleep. You have no chance, you didn't even asked for it.
But there is nowhere else to go.
