I do not come to condemn you for I am a sinner myself. I come to plead with you my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, REPENT. REPENT. REPENT. Turn your eyes away from the things of this world and turn them upon Jesus π₯Ή
I know The Polygamist is trending and a lot of South Africans are talking about it. The conversations are mixed, but I as a follower of Christ, need to call out the promoting of lust in media. Whether you see or not, you are promoting the devil's agenda.
What do you think God will ask you when you've been acting sexually immoral on TV, influencing others to be sexually immoral in real life. To have fun as the world says. To sleep with whomever you please as the world says.
And I know that I had no business as a Chrisitan watching that show (forgive me), but it doesn't change the fact that THE PROMOTING OF LUST IS WRONG. Don't believe me. Read 1 Corinthians 6:9 which speaks to the sexual immorality being displayed on TV.
The same agenda that will influence people into habitual sins and sins of sexual immorality and adultery. We as the media and proclaimed CHILDREN OF GOD should not be promoting sin in anything we do (1 Corinthians 10:31) especially one of the deadliest (lust)
Me and my homie were at a funeral when we saw the funeral set from the last episode of The Polygamist on 30 July 2025 @ The Nasrec Memorial Park. I didn't know they were burying Jonasi π Even talked to the Netflix director. She should've let me cry 4 Jo π
Some artists want to claim Christianity until it's time to align their brand with God. Until it's time to turn down brand deals and opportunities that don't align with God. That's the cost of following Jesus Christ.
