@IdrisAOni1 I can easily relate to this. Due to increased rainfall experienced in the last 2 weeks, children developed cold and flu. We had to source for imported Piriton compared to made in Nigeria that didn’t work after 3 days. The imported Piriton did the magic within 24hrs.
Update:
I paid. In full. ₦145k yesterday.
Let me be clear about what that means. I was never running from this debt. I told them on March 13 I would pay. I told them my salary date. I offered to pay interest. I communicated every single step of the way.
They responded by going to my house while I was at work, telling my landlord, my neighbours, and my cleaning lady about my debt, filming my compound, lying about being unable to reach me, and exposing my NIN data. Over a debt I wasn't running from.
The payment was never the issue. Their conduct was. Paying this debt does not erase what they did to my reputation in my own compound. It does not fix my tenancy situation. It does not un-expose my NIN data. It does not make the lies they told my landlord disappear.
@CDcare_ng has not responded. Not publicly. Not privately. Not to my email. Not to my thread. Complete silence.
A journalist is currently working this story. My landlord, neighbours and cleaning staff have all agreed to provide written statements.
The silence from @CDcareNG is noted and documented.
To everyone who has shared, quoted, and shown support, thank you. This thread was never about avoiding a debt. It was about a company that thought harassing a loyal customer in his own home was acceptable debt recovery. It is not.
@DrJoeAbah The customer service is trash. I have been calling @MTNNG since December to come and fix my damaged fiber cable. Till now, there is no update from them. They will open a complaint ticket and close it after 24hrs-48hrs without confirming from customer if the issue is resolved.
@MTN180@DrJoeAbah@MTNNG Thanks @DrJoeAbah for giving my response visibility under your ever busy tweet. Between Tuesday and now, 3 different teams from @MTN180 came around for diagnosis (survey) and resolution. What lingered for 2 months was resolved within 48hrs…gracias @DrJoeAbah !
@TheImoleAyo@DrJoeAbah@MTNNG@MTN180 I have the same experience. Installed last week in October, had issue mid-November and still following up on resolution till date.
@gozie_recon@DrJoeAbah@MTNNG I actually did all this except bringing it here on X. They really need to improve on this. You can imagine my neighbor waiting for activation for 1 month after signing up and making payment.
@lojodamojo@DrJoeAbah@MTNNG I actually sent couple of emails to the personal acct manager. The person only responded once just before the holidays to acknowledge my several messages and nothing else. I even thought it could be due to festive season but till today, no one could provide update for resolution.
@pius_ib@pshegs There is no Fluoride in all the Aptamils I bought from December last year. No need to be scared once you check the nutritional information except it is called something else aside Fluoride. My baby is 6 already.
@pshegs I just checked all the Aptamil my baby took and no single FLUORIDE in the nutritional information. The person might just need to check that they are buying from a reputable outlet.
@thecableindex Ogun needs to sort out their tax collection system. It’s so obvious they have leakage somewhere along the line before it gets to the govt. Just an observation @Letter_to_Jack
