@united@united I shouldn’t have to ‘alert a crew member’ when United chose to board us unfueled, knowing there was a 2-hour weather delay. You trapped us on the plane with zero care for medical risk or human decency. That’s not policy — that’s negligence. @USDOT will hear about this
@united I’m currently on Flight UA 4771 — we’ve now been stuck at the gate for over 2 hours on an unfueled plane with no clear updates. This is absolutely unacceptable.
I have severe degenerative spinal issues, and this prolonged confinement is causing serious pain.
@Money_Chuck@united How gross. I will be sending them medical bills as I am still in ER after my leg went completely numb for over 7 hours after they trapped us in plane at the gate for no reason, when they obviously could have left us in terminal until fueled up and weather cleared.
@united You boarded us knowing there was no fuel & you knew there was weather delays. Then you left us at the gate on the tiny plane for 2 hours. I am now at the emergency room being looked at for deep vein thrombosis due to your incompetence. I expect a valid response

To make it worse, your app’s “Submit Feedback” tab is broken — making it impossible to report this through proper channels.

Total scam. And they refuse to provide supposed signed contract
