I already shared and mailed and wasted my time with swiggy.
The shop owner is far better than swiggy service, they immediately understood and accepted the fact that the sweet was stale. They are promptly apologised and gave the replacement fresh sweet.

Ystrday i ordrd 2 kg sweets(2000rs) from swiggy. Both of them were stale and rotten. I reported it immediately. For resoled this for 200rs.
Shame on u swiggy for playing with customer health then not paying attention.

I ordered 2 kg sweets (2000rs) from swiggy n a renown “Standard Sweets”.To my horror the sweets were stale n rotten.reported it immediately, after 1 day of mails n chats, they resolved it for 200rs. Disappointed
