@virginmedia what is the timeframe for complaints. Been over 2 and half weeks and not a single call or email and I can see one has been closed and not advised what the outcome was? What’s going on?
@virginmedia I called the same day he got the deal and tried to get it. I think I am. My phone was on me and the person confirmed my number to me. Just want to try and save some money but everytime I get on the WhatsApp they want me to take out more :) great sales not a great time
@virginmedia I was put on hold several times, the first person I was talking to was more interested in the conversation going on around her. The second one said a manager would call after 3pm and I’m still waiting. Issue is they change every few months and get better deals than I do.
@virginmedia Cheers for coming back to me. It’s about the poor customer service I received on the day but also why I am paying lot more for my broadband than my neighbour and we have both the same speeds. He is paying 21£ less than I am and we have both been customers for the same length
