もちろん攻撃用は色々シビアだから公にはしないでしょうが他国の攻撃用衛星が軌道に投入される時代に他の衛星のボディーガードになれると思います

現時点で1カ所に数万台のGPU集めたデータセンター作る計画を発表してるとこはありませんよ
例えばspaceXがやろうとしてるのはあくまで分散型で数百〜数千規模でできます
