@RunThroughUK Hi. I've got a spectators entry for Saturday but no sign of anything to download & show on entry.on any of the 3 emails at time of purchase.
Also tried a password reset to see if there's anything on the account but nothing from that process either.
Any ideas?

@vmbusiness appalling customer service so far & still on Internet.
Logged fault Thurs am; have an SLA of 12 hours! Got sent a ref via 85006 & have duly been quoting on any replies, to be ignored. Engineer failed to turn up this pm. Text service useless not recognising ref. Ideas?

@EastMidRailway I put card details in but it said it couldn't process the payment so try another. I tried 4 different cards and the same happened so switched to PayPal & that didn't work either. Am now stuck as to how I can pay!
