🔎 Early detection remains one of the most powerful tools in improving melanoma outcomes

When identified at an early stage, melanoma has a 5-year survival rate of approximately 99%. This highlights the critical importance of awareness, self-examination and timely clinical assessment of suspicious skin changes.

Education around warning signs and encouraging proactive skin checks can significantly improve outcomes at both individual and population levels.

During Skin Cancer Awareness Month, we are supporting the campaign led by The Skin Cancer Foundation to promote early detection and save lives.
