Ssaza Bugerere has raised an impressive 11,670,000/= in Oluwalo, with Namagabi Secondary School contributing 800,000/= — proudly topping schools in Kayunga in supporting Buganda activities. 👏🏽👑

And because good deeds deserve a little recognition, Namagabi SS was awarded a certificate for these remarkable contribution, proudly received by our Headteacher Hajji Kasirye Yusuf, who represented the school at the event.

We heard the Kabaka’s call, we answered proudly, certificate received… now someone tell the students that their school is officially doing BIG things!

@BugandaKingdom_ @EssazaMawokota_ As tradition commands, Omutaka Gabunga (frame 1), head of the royal navy inspected the waters to ensure that the lake is safe and sailable. Katikkiro @cpmayiga commended the organising committee for reviving this traditional sport and encouraged the youth to fully participate.

Over the weekend, the Nalubaale waters at the Bunjakko Beach experienced the revival of tradition through water sport. @BugandaKingdom_ held the annual coronation regatta where counties competed and @EssazaMawokota_ emerged winners. Canoeing is one of the oldest sports in Buganda
