@roller_greg Winter Camelina is one of the few crops that is planted in the fall and can reliably survive our harsh winters. Spring Camelina is planted in the spring. I don’t know that there is much difference in the oil. It’s very healthy oil. Healthier than other oils currently available.

@VerdiPlus Most of the field looks like the picture. It is real impressive this year. There is an area on the west end that didn’t look real great so dad seeded that area to Teff Grass and it will get baled. Both the Rye and Winter Camelina will be harvested for seed.
