@AskPS_UK Hi, standard PS4 disk version upgrading to the PS5 version. The one that's stuck is the campaign upgrade but the PS5 has downloaded one which is working. It won't let me delete it. I've tried to rebuild database and restoring licenses

@AskPS_UK don't know why but something went wrong during the Doom Eternal update, when I inserted the disc and downloaded the ps5 version in the queue there were two downloads, one of which remains blocked giving an error code ce - 107857- 8 I can't even delete it, please help
