@Artem4ik_ru It depends on the file of course. Out of these only KMZ is a binary format, all others you can view in any text editor. Additionally you can view CSV in Excel and GPX/KML/KMZ in Google Earth if you want to have it more visual way.
With the latest version you can upload of 5G (NR) and TD-SCDMA cells to @opencellid! Moreover it comes with export to new formats: KML and KMZ. Plus a bunch of improvements including selection of compression format between zip and gzip. Give it a try! :)
