We are looking forward to releasing Season 2 of #ToWhoeverIsListening! This season will spotlight letters from you – our participants and listeners, to whoever is listening. Letters on your journeys with mental health, letters of grief and anger, letters of joy and celebration.
We recently held our first two sharing sessions for TWL Season 2. Committed to personal growth and healing, our participants were willing to step out of their comfort zone and embrace new challenges. We painted, had meaningful reflections, and wrote letters #ToWhoeverIsListening.
Reminder that we will be holding sharing sessions for people who have struggled with their mental health. Please call or email us if you would like to be part of one of our solidarity circles.
To Whoever is Listening is back. This season we are focusing on mental health. We will be holding sharing sessions for people who have struggled with their mental health and want to join a group sharing session with a counselor. There is power and healing in solidarity.
