🔵⚪ We’re delighted to welcome James “JT” Townsend to the coaching staff at Arlesey Town Football Club!

JT brings a wealth of experience from both academy and senior football, having coached within the academy systems at Brentford, West Ham United and Luton Town, where he developed players in high performance environments while building an excellent reputation in player development and talent identification.

His experience also includes managing at senior level with AFC Dunstable, where he demonstrated strong leadership, tactical expertise and the ability to build competitive teams.

JT’s coaching philosophy combines modern player development with a strong focus on culture, organisation and performance - creating environments where players and teams can thrive both on and off the pitch.

We’re excited to add someone of JT’s quality and experience to the coaching team and look forward to seeing the impact he’ll make at New Lamb Meadow.
