I think this 12 man rotation can totally work. It’s very similar the Mavericks team in 2022 that was a bunch of role guys surrounding Luka that went to the WCF.

I’ve traveled all over the country to college towns for work this is how teams like in The Big East do it. It’s how teams like Providence college sell out all the time. Or how Georgetown can fill an nba arena every game in a major city

2 - Massively improve marketing on campus and around town. When I was there I never knew when they played. If you want to get non students there also you need to advertise all over town like the Kings and Rivercats do. Show Sac citizens the team so they feel connected to it

If this is the route they want to go there are a few things they need to really be on top of:

1 - Shuttling of students from Sac State to DT Sac. No one goes to their games now if you take them off campus it will be a ghost town in there

Oakland’s only hope now is the @MLBPA by stopping the A’s from playing in Sacramento for 3 years. That could be the last straw for Fisher and the MLB. Long shot but it’s still possible

Hornet stadium is great but I feel like in order to get into a FBS conference they would need some progress toward getting a basketball arena finally done. They’ve tried for years and haven’t been able to. Maybe Sac politicians can help finally get it built
