Hi @KotakBankLtd, I never physically activated or used my Kotak811 debit card, yet I received this message:
"Anniversary charges of Kotak811 Debit Card of Rs.399.0 will be debited soon."

Why am I being charged for a card that was never activated or used? Please clarify...

I also noticed that from the last couple of years,I haven’t been receiving proper bill details or data usage updates on mail. the local setup person, and they said charges have been increasing, but customers should be informed properly

I’ve been using BSNL Fiber since 2019, but recently the internet speed and service quality have become very poor. On top of that, my monthly bill suddenly increased from ₹943 to around ₹1883 without any proper prior information.
