some people really don't deserve to be leaders. my manager accepts dysmenorrhea as a reason for SL. i myself as a supervisor accept dysmenorrhea as a reason for SL.

i will never push my direct reports to work in pain. most women push through the pain just to show up at work because we have to. if the pain is that bad for a woman to ask for a sick day and it became a monthly thing, then i'd tell her to have it checked to be safe.
