@PegaxyOfficial Make pegas on cooldowns "unsellable" on the marketplace and force managers to hold them for a few days. This would keep the market structure in place. There is NO market for pegas with this long of a cooldown to race. High supply and no demand for an un-raceable 3 breed.

@PegaxyOfficial IMO, VIS price is dropping due to the "stacking" parent racing cooldown after breeding. The market is being flooded right now with 3 breed Hoz with 5-9days racing cooldowns. No one will buy them. Mangers can't sell them, thus not breeding more. The wheel stops turning.
