Doctors on #RathYatra emergency duty were made to stay ~2.5 km away from the duty point. We walked through rain, mud and multiple barricades.

Today we were stopped for nearly 20 minutes at a barricade despite repeatedly telling the police that we were the doctors posted for emergency duty. Ambulances were allowed through, but apparently nobody asked the obvious question—who will treat the patient once the ambulance reaches?

Emergency medicine needs doctors, not just ambulances.

The inability of our Govt to sympathise with our predicament has left us helpless.
In order no 17155, dt 20.07.2020, it was decided to pay a sum of Rs.1000 per shift to doctors doing Covid duty.

why all medical students should give exams? Are they immune to c.v? who will be held responsibility if our children will be affecfed? i request govt to assess their marks according to previous sem and provide them certificate .

The decision of cancelling all UG n PG exams except medical exms is sheer ignorance to the health and well being of the medical students. We are forced to appear exam in the MKCG MCH campus where more than 10 positive cases have already been found.@nabadasjsg sir pls help us.
