@united I'm less concerned about the phone call and more concerned why nobody from @united has responded to my wife @ktbeighley after more than 3 weeks and countless tweets.
So he called back and I answered. Obviously a scam, I asked the caller for his phone number so I could call him back to verify he was actually calling from @united corporate headquarters as he was claiming. He told me his name was Ron, and I could Google the number...
So I said "just Ron? I'll call the number and ask for Ron and I'll reach you?" Ron advised that I would need his last name. "OK, can I have your last name please?" "Yes, it's STUPID FUCKING CUSTOMER." Be careful folks.
So we just received a call from someone claiming to be a representitive from @united responding to our complaints. After leaving a rude voicemail saying he was a "busy man" and he's "wasting his time" calling and would appreciate it if we answered the phone when he called back...
