I have been working so hard every single day and I'm finally back to feeling myself!! Something that isn't talked about much...the struggles of the life of a teenage pitcher. Major growth spurts, body changes, speed changes, the chatter behind the scenes & emotions that come along with it all. It throws EVERYTHING off. But I'm choosing to drown out all the noise and taking the time to go back to the basics for the off season. Extra reps, some intensives, extra focus and I WILL be back stronger than ever. Mentally & physically. 💪🏼
