@virginmedia Could have left in Feb because of a price change (but stayed) then my deal ended so bill went up £20. Phoned to resign a new agreement to bring price back down (agent said I could stay on the same package but for less) but then just cancelled my mobile SIM. 1/2

@virginmedia No tbh I was very hard to understand the agent, and I had been on the phone nearly an hour. So I thought it best to revert to my old agreement and call back the next day. As of today I still have had no emails notifying me of changes that were agreed last week.
