There’s an older woman Im friends with on Facebook who posts her exact thoughts as they happen. My thoughts align with hers very well. She will actively fight people in comments. I’m always in awe of her.

One thing I think about a lot is how during my last interview at a school, where people in the interview knew my current school admin because it was in the same district, I was asked “What would you do if you don’t get this job? Will you keep looking for other jobs?”

How are disability services and goods (sensory needs/assistive tech/mobility tech/etc) so expensive…but those people working in the field are so underpaid?

And before you come at me with, “well, they do it because they love what they do.” They should be able to love what they do and also be able to pay rent/mortgage, buy groceries, and have money to spend on having fun.
