80% of Americans, Republicans and Democrats, believe you should have to show an ID to vote.
When there are measures that protect election integrity, Americans are more confident in the process.
“When you’re waiting potentially up to 38 days to finally get their results there’s a lot of time to wonder what is going on while those ballots are being processed .” - TPPF’s National Election Protection Director @RealJoshFindlay
California's election laws are a recipe for delayed results, and we're seeing that play out now as officials continue counting ballots.
.@RealJoshFindlay joined @NTDNews recently to discuss.
The Supreme Court’s Louisiana v. Callais decision upended the practice of racial gerrymandering, saying that states cannot make race the predominant factor in creating congressional districts.
@TPPFelections Director @RealJoshFindlay provides a timely deep dive into the seismic changes in redistricting following the Supreme Court’s Callais decision. https://t.co/Yur5SmgNNM
Only eligible American citizens should decide our elections. Verifying citizenship at registration is not extreme. It is a reasonable standard that strengthens confidence in election integrity. That is exactly why Congress should pass the SAVE America Act.
With DHS preparing to request voter registration records across Texas, TPPF’s Byron Fisher told KTRH it is still easy for non citizens to register by claiming citizenship, and federal law can assign voter IDs anyway.

During oral arguments, the U.S. Supreme Court signaled skepticism toward a Mississippi law allowing late-arriving mail-in ballots. Josh Findlay of the Texas Public Policy Foundation joined to discuss the questions raised and potential implications.
.@RepBrandonGill: “Democrats can and have been weaponizing mass migration for political gain … Democrats have been talking for a long time about how demographics is destiny about how mass migration will change the fabric of the United States to politically benefit them at the expense of Republicans… This is essentially a way to cheat and rig our elections in their favor.”
Can the SAVE America Act actually make it through the Senate?
.@RepBrandonGill breaks down the Senate process including cloture extended debate and the vote thresholds that could decide its path forward. 👇
As the Senate takes up the SAVE America Act, why the resistance?
.@RepBrandonGill joins the Election Protection Podcast to unpack the battle over voter ID and argues Democrats have a political incentive to keep the current system exactly as it is. 👇
“It makes a difference”: In the event that the Supreme Court overturns Mississippi's mail-in ballot law, @TPPFelections Director @RealJoshFindlay suggests that it will impact results across the country, highlighting how public confidence in elections is reinforced by having a result close to election day.
It was great joining @RodandGregShow today to discuss the SAVE America Act and why critics, including Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, are wrong to label it Jim Crow 2.0. The bill ensures that only eligible American citizens participate in federal elections, which is why Congress should pass it before the midterms.
At 4:20 pm today on the @RodandGregShow on @1059KNRS - @RealJoshFindlay, Executive Director or @TPPFelections, joins the show for a conversation about his piece for Townhall about whether the SAVE Act is truly Jim Crow 2.0.
Couldn’t agree more! Passing the SAVE Act is about having a clear standard for who can vote. Only U.S. citizens should participate in our elections, and that clarity strengthens trust in the system.
You need an ID to drive.
You need an ID to fly.
You need an ID to check into a hotel.
You need an ID to buy cold medicine.
The list goes on.
Why shouldn’t you need an ID to vote?
Save America. Pass the SAVE Act.
Our democracy works best when the process is open and verifiable. Making voter rolls available helps keep transparency intact and builds confidence that elections are being run fairly.
